The Seahawks had won the coin toss and elected to defer to the second half.It was Kick Off time! Seattle’s first drive of the game was made by Blaire Walsh, a 44-yard field goal 3-0, Seahawks. Before the first half ended The Seahawks got ruled on an incomplete pass with a replay review that shown quarterback Russell Wilson’s knee hit the ground in his own end zone while having possession of the ball..on the other hand Seahawks corner Derrick Coleman made a great play jumping in Kamar Aiken’s path and picking off Jacoby Brissett’s pass, returning the interception 28 yards for a touchdown! Yet the Colt’s gained the lead by a catch made in the endzone with just 25 seconds remaining on the clock for the second quarter leaving it 15- 10 colts. Half Time! Seahawks touched down once again cheering and continuing to watch as we our held our breaths when Russell Wilson made a pass to Jimmy Graham hitting right in his hands but he didn’t catch the ball and Colts rookie safety Malik Hooker was right there to grab the interception near midfield, leading the Colts to a field goal to tie the game 18-18. Soon after, Running back J.D. McKissic made a 30 yard touchdown taking a run play off right end to the house. Scoring 25-18 for Seattle. Continuing their streak in the 3rd quarter The Hawks managed to strip the ball from the colts and make a 21 yard dash to another touchdown! That’s our team! Going into the last quarter with our heads held high were at 32-18 leaving Colts cold below.Now, we were all excited early in the fourth quarter, the hawks carried our hopes and made a three-score lead by making a six-yard touchdown pass capping a nine-play, 74-yard drive, score now 39-18. Feeling good this game the crowd around century link field started to pick up energy as the last and final play for the winning touchdown went to Seattles J.D. McKissic, who caught a 27-yard touchdown pass from Russell Wilson on a fourth down to extend the lead keeping it at home. 46-18,WIN! Game well played Seahawks. We love you! We stand as 12’s.
The Seattle defense scored two touchdowns and picked up the slack that witnessed in the past 3 weeks. Dominating the Colts, 46-18 for season game # 4.
